In Kindergarten A we have created a classroom Wish Tree for the holidays.
We worked together to think about different things we could wish for in the world, outside of ourselves. We wanted to look at the bigger picture and think about how we could make the world a better place.
Students worked hard to think about their wishes, documenting them and then attaching them to an ornament which they hung on our tree for all to see.
Here are some of the beautiful things the students in Kindergarten A came up with:
“I wish that everybody had food.”
“I wish that everybody had clean water.”
“I wish for everyone to feel happy.”
“I wish that people could have healthy food.”
“I wish people would stop killing animals.”
Our Wish Tree continues to grow each day as the children come up with more wishes for our world!
All I can say is, beautiful 🙂
